6. Cancellation/Change

When the rental contract is concluded (reservation confirmation), the tenant confirms that the service must be paid in full, including final cleaning, by the time of departure at the latest.
Alternatively, it can be agreed that the tenant makes a down payment of 20% of the total rental price when the rental contract is concluded (reservation confirmation). In this case, the balance of 80% is due 30 days before arrival.
Extra services are to be paid at the latest on departure.
If the tenant cancels, Elke Boysen Vermögensverwaltung KG will try to find another tenant. The tenant has to pay 80% of the rent as compensation for the time during which another rental is not possible.
In this context, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

7. Check in / check out
The rented holiday apartment is available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival, unless otherwise agreed. On the day of departure, the holiday apartment may be used until 10 a.m. 

8. Payment
If rental services are invoiced and invoices are collected, this is done in the name and for the account of Elke Boysen Vermögensverwaltung KG.
There is no obligation to hand over the rented holiday property to you before full payment has been received. In any case, the user remains obliged to pay for the agreed services.

9. Your Use of the Website
